What to write about
Data corrections. Found a rent, tax rate, or fee that's off? This is the most valuable message we get. Include the page URL and, if you have one, a source – the dataset is versioned and corrections ship in the next refresh, as described on the methodology page.
Questions about a calculation. If a number looks wrong or surprising, tell us the inputs you used and we'll either explain the formula or fix it.
Press and partnerships. Citing our figures is welcome with a link back to the source page. For anything bigger – embeds, data licensing, collaborations – just ask.
Privacy requests. Anything covered by our privacy policy – access, correction, or deletion of data – gets a response within 30 days, usually much faster.
What we can't help with
We can't give personal financial, tax, legal, or immigration advice – our numbers are planning estimates, and your situation deserves a qualified adviser. We also can't vouch for specific moving companies, landlords, or visa agents.
